Performance evaluation of mixed mode passive solar stock fish dryer

چکیده
The performance evaluation of Mixed-Mode Passive Solar Dryer for drying codfish (Gadusmorhua) was conducted. dryer is comprised among other things, materials sensible heat storage to discharge during the off-sunshine period. chamber integrated with a suction device aid convective airflow avoid reversible reaction accumulated moisture. solar evaluated fresh samples at initial moisture content 79% (wet basis). were divided into sets. A set treated Moringa Oleifera and second salt solution. results showed that, treatments, reduced 16.03% 13.33% basis) respectively using while 19.55% 13.46% under ambient condition in six days. Laboratory tests that bacteria fungi count below consumable limits.
